I love working with adults that are looking to change their lives and seeing that eating healthier doesn’t have to be difficult or frustrating.  I get that deciphering nutrition information can be a daunting task and very discouraging, leaving people to believe that it’s impossible to get healthier.  Through health and wellness coaching, I help adults become motivated and help them take the driver’s seat with improving their health.  It brings me happiness to see adults achieve autonomy and achieve goals that they set for themselves instead of yo-yo dieting and losing motivation because they are not able to maintain the results.  I provide health and wellness coaching so that adults can achieve results, increase motivation, and achieve autonomy.

What is it like working with you?

During the initial consultation, we will go over your history and what led you to wanting to make a change.  We will develop your health vision and set goals to help you begin forming healthier habits.

During the follow-up, we will talk about progress you made towards your goals and any obstacles that may exist.  You will have the opportunity to continue working on your goals or to set new goals so that you may fulfill your vision.

Do you provide meal plans?

I work with clients to implement healthier food choices that the clients feel they can maintain long term. While a meal plan may consist of recommended foods and amounts, they may not fit into a client’s lifestyle.

How long will it take to reach my health goal?

Each person is individual and different. Not everyone will reach their goals within the same amount of time. However, I recommend at least 2 months of sessions to implement change and work towards your goals.

What kind of results can I expect? Is it guaranteed that I will lose weight?

Each person is different. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee that you will reach your health goals or reach your goals within a certain time frame.
