What is it like working with you?
During the initial consultation, we will go over your history and what led you to wanting to make a change. We will develop your health vision and set goals to help you begin forming healthier habits.
During the follow-up, we will talk about progress you made towards your goals and any obstacles that may exist. You will have the opportunity to continue working on your goals or to set new goals so that you may fulfill your vision.
Do you provide meal plans?
I work with clients to implement healthier food choices that the clients feel they can maintain long term. While a meal plan may consist of recommended foods and amounts, they may not fit into a client’s lifestyle.
How long will it take to reach my health goal?
Each person is individual and different. Not everyone will reach their goals within the same amount of time. However, I recommend at least 2 months of sessions to implement change and work towards your goals.
What kind of results can I expect? Is it guaranteed that I will lose weight?
Each person is different. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee that you will reach your health goals or reach your goals within a certain time frame.
What methods of payment do you accept?
I accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, HSA.
Do you accept health insurance?
Yes! I am in-network with Aetna, Ambetter, Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Medicare.
