Many adults want the magic pill that will instantly make them healthier and lose weight. If they keep trying restrictive diets and methods that promise to fix things quickly then they lose motivation because they are unable to maintain the results they achieve. However, if you receive health and wellness coaching then you can turn unsuccessful dieting around and instead live a healthier lifestyle that you can sustain.

My experiences have shown me that incorporating healthier eating habits does not have to be difficult.
When my father was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus, I knew knew my father wouldn’t listen to anything his doctors told him, which left me feeling uncertainty about whether or not his health would improve.
Instead, my father would ask questions related to his health and make his own decisions as to what he felt was best for him.
Now I use my qualification as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to help adults achieve healthier eating habits that they feel they are able to maintain instead of following restrictive diets that are not sustainable and may be doing more harm than good.
I provide individualized health and wellness coaching and nutrition education so adults can experience motivation and autonomy from the goals they set and achieve.
